My friend, Tammy, makes this delicious Kugel. Lucky for us, she is sharing her recipe. I want some right now but I there is no magic Kugel baker here. Enjoy. Tammy's Yummy Noodle Kugel - 1 lb bad of wide egg noodles, cooked according to package
- 5 eggs
- 4 cups milk or cream (or both)
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins

Both my girls will be selling Girl Scout cookies for the Cosmos Girl Scouts of Western Ohio this year and they are really excited. Chocolate Torte - Make sure you have whipped cream and vanilla ice cream on hand for this dense chocolate dessert.
- 1 c. pecans, coarsely ground
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ c. butter, melted
- 16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (use the minis if you can)
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 6 eggs
- ¾ c. granulated sugar

"Great dessert to take to a pot-luck."
- 35 Oreo Cookies - finely crushed (about 3 cups)
- 6 tbsp. butter or margarine melted
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. cold milk
- 1 tub (12 oz) Cool Whip - thawed and divided
- 3 1/4 cup cold milk
- 2 pkgs. (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding
