We finally experienced mini golf together and my girls loved it. We've got some great places in Greater Cincinnati to enjoy. I think this is probably best enjoyed by slightly older kiddos (maybe 5 years and up) since I don't think they quite have their coordination together before that (not to say that your little tot isn't the next Tiger Woods). Of course Mom & Dad can always help the little ones out.
