- New Tip: Abuelo's - Kids "Pay What They Weigh" - On Monday & Tuesdays, kids pay a penny a pound for a kid's meal. Weigh 40 pounds it's only 40 cents (just glad I don't have to hop on the scales). Wowza. Thanks to MasonMetu reader, Sara, for the tip.
- Chipotle - See a great post on Family Friendly Cincinnati about their new kids meals and kids will get to eat free on Sundays - Aug. 22 through Sept. 12. Get one free kids meal with a purchase of a salad, burrito bowl or order of tacos.
- IHOP - Kids 12 and under eat free in August from 4-10pm.
- IKEA in
West Chester is not free but it has some great kids' meals. Kids get
to choose three items and it's only $2.49 (choices of yogurt, juice,
milk, veggies, pasta, and more). Put them in Smaland to play before or
after you eat and enjoy some shopping time (Smaland is FREE).
- LaRosa's in Mason -
Has a $.99 all you can eat spaghetti dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays for
kiddos. Parents can get all you can eat spaghetti with garlic bread
and salad for only $4.99. 6674 Triway Dr.At the corner of Triway Drive

- Max & Erma's - Visit on Tuesday night and kids under 12 get a free meal with an adult purchase (one free meal per adult purchase - good for a limited time). See the participating locations.
- Sonic & Steak & Shake each
have "happy hour" during the week (M-F). From 2-4pm, you can get 1/2
price on milkshakes (even the Junior milk shakes) at Steak & Shake
and 1/2 price slushies and drinks at Sonic
 Qdoba Mexican Grill in Deerfield Township is taking family mealtime to an
all new high! Every Friday is Family Friday Night where, after 4 p.m.,
kids under 12 receive a free Kids Meal with the purchase of any adult

Qdoba now has a fun new site called "Food Lovers Fighting Burrito Boredom" where you can log in and create your own unique burrito, quesadila, nachos and more.
