- IKEA in West Chester is not free but it has some great kids' meals. Kids get to choose three items and it's only $2.49 (choices of yogurt, juice, milk, veggies, pasta, and more). Put them in Smaland to play before or after you eat and enjoy some shopping time (Smaland is FREE).
