Local University Sports (and those fairly close by)
Miami University - The RedHawk's - mhttp://muredhawks.cstv.com/. If you can, try to head to picturesque Miami U some Saturday in the Fall to catch one of their football games, you'll be glad you did. There's something about going to a football game in a true college town - don't forget to wear Red and you'll fit right in. Miami also offers so many other athletic programs that there is something for everyone. There's also a Ice Hockey team so that might be something fun to see. Also, I need to give a shout out to Miami University Middletown and Miami University Hamilton since they have wonderful athletic programs and are very proud of their students and players. It might be fun for the family to go cheer them on in a smaller scale setting. University of Cincinnati - The Bearcats - http://gobearcats.cstv.com/. Athletic Ticket Office University of Cincinnati P, Cincinnati, OH 45221 (513-556-2287). Okay, most of us know UC has Bearcat Football and Basketball but they actually have even more to offer from soccer, baseball and golf to tennis, lacrosse, track & field, volleyball and swimming & diving. Wow, and they have these for men & women. With all these choices, there's plenty of games that you and your family can get to. University of Dayton - The Dayton Flyers - http://daytonflyers.cstv.com/. I don't want to disappoint any UD fans out there so I want to mention that UD has a lot to offer sports wise as well. They have many athletic programs you can attend so make sure you check out their website to see if there is something there for your family! Xavier University - The Musketeers - http://goxavier.cstv.com/. Xaivier is also famous for their basketball program but just like UC, they offer many other athletic events that can appeal to us all. So check out all the Xaivier sports has to offer and head down to the Cintas Center to cheer them on!
